Suzie Bridges Architects is a creative, collaborative and committed practice based in London and Hampshire. We have been involved in sustainable arts spaces and cultural buildings for many years. We have worked individually and as a team on notable projects internationally and across the UK including regional theatres, concert halls, international venues, private houses, school drama centres, community arts venues, workplaces and spaces for arts and education organisations. Many projects involved working with listed and existing buildings in both rural and urban contexts
As a design studio we are client‐led, offering a hands‐on approach throughout the life of the project, delivering high quality bespoke projects on time and on budget. We listen carefully, and work collaboratively with our clients, funders and users to get it right from the start, ensuring everyone gets the building they want and need.
We explore new ways of creating financially sustainable and low energy buildings which really work. They embrace innovation and operation and sit well in the context, culture and community. We create fresh, innovative and beautifully simple spaces, either new or reinvented from existing, that perform well and are enjoyable to use.
"I found Suzie to be an engaging and impressive architect, who responded to the many architectural challenges thrown her way with creativity and style. Her approach is collaborative and imaginative."
